Senior BIM Consultant

• 8+ years of software development experience in the BIM/AEC industry
• Advanced knowledge of IFC: data structure parsing, BuildingSMART standards, and 3D geometry processing
• Proficiency in programming with C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Practical experience with BIM viewers: IFC.js, xeokit, Autodesk Construction Cloud / APS or similar
• Experience integrating GenAI models, RAG, AI agents (LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel), and vector/graph databases
• Higher education in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Computer Science or related fields

Nice to have:

• Experience with xeokit
• Experience with Autodesk APS

• Design and develop a web application for automatic analysis of IFC models and verification of building standards
• Process 3D data: parsing IFC files, extracting metadata, managing spatial relationships and identifiers (IFC GUIDs)
• Integrate components: connect BIM viewers (xeokit, IFC.js, Autodesk APS), PDF parsers, and AI frameworks (RAG, agentic AI)
• Collaborate with engineers to automate reception rules and fine-tune LLM models for accuracy in industry analyses
• Implement defect reporting modules linked to 3D model geometry (BCF / viewpoints)
• Build a web platform from scratch supporting building acceptance and verification processes using Agentic AI
