Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Product Analysis, or similar roles
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process analysis, and software project documentation
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem structuring
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar
- Experience with process modeling techniques (BPMN, UML, User Story Mapping)
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
- Ability to learn new business domains rapidly
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Self-driven and able to work independently in international teams
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken, B2+ level)
- Readiness to work in a hybrid model with 2 days per week in office (Gdańsk)
- Willingness for occasional business trips and international workshops
- Interest in aviation and motivation to develop domain expertise in airline operations and flight planning
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Miro
Obowiązki
- Gather, analyze, document, and refine functional and non-functional requirements for development and testing teams
- Analyze airline operational scenarios, flight planning processes, safety requirements, and aviation regulations
- Act as a functional expert for international customers during workshops, validation sessions, and user needs discussions
- Collaborate closely with developers, testers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure solution delivery
- Analyze customer requests, support tickets, and functional inquiries to investigate root causes and evaluate solutions
- Prepare documentation for bugs, improvements, and feature requests
- Contribute to continuous improvement of products, processes, and workflows
- Support solution design, implementation, and validation to align with user expectations
