Oracle HCM Architect Warsaw, Poland (hybrid)

Cantor Fitzgerald is seeking an Oracle HCM Architect experienced with Oracle HCM Cloud modules and system architecture. The role involves working on international projects with small teams and includes benefits like sport subscription and private healthcare.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field
• 10–15+ years of experience including at least 8 years in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
• Experience as a solution or technical architect
• Strong knowledge of HCM business processes (Hire-to-Retire lifecycle)
• Functional expertise in Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Payroll (preferably US, UK, or global), Recruiting (ORC), and Learning modules
• Technical skills including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, BI Publisher, OTBI, REST and SOAP APIs, SQL basics and data modeling
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and cloud architecture design principles
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Lead end-to-end solution design for Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, and Recruiting
• Define scalable architecture frameworks and best practices
• Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions
• Provide architectural governance and design approvals
• Provide techno-functional hands-on expertise and leadership
• Lead project teams on architectural decisions
• Configure Oracle HCM modules and lead technical development
• Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and cutover activities
• Design and oversee integrations via Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, HCM Data Loader, REST and SOAP APIs
• Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems such as Payroll, Benefits vendors, and Identity systems
• Design reporting strategy with OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts
• Deliver dashboards and analytics aligned with business KPIs
• Ensure adherence to data security, privacy, and compliance standards
• Establish coding, integration, and configuration standards
• Manage system upgrades and releases
• Engage with HR leadership, IT teams, and business stakeholders
• Communicate architecture decisions and risks
• Provide strategic recommendations for HCM transformation
