Enterprise Architect [he/she] K/M

ASTEK Polska is offering a position for an experienced Enterprise Architect with a minimum of 8 years of professional IT experience, including at least 5 years in a similar role. The position involves working with recognized architectural standards and frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, and Azure Well-Architected Framework and applying expertise in Enterprise Architecture, IT solutions improvement, SOA, and business process development.

• Minimum 8 years of professional IT experience, including at least 5 years as an Enterprise Architect
• Practical experience in building EA culture and practices
• English language proficiency at minimum level C1
• Possession of at least one internationally recognized certificate such as Open Group Certified Architect (Open CA), Zachman Certified – Enterprise Architect, CISSP-ISSAP, ITIL v3 Master, or CCBA™
• Expertise in designing corporate and business architecture, with good knowledge of architecture domains
• Knowledge of recognized architecture standards and frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, Azure Well-Architected Framework) and experience with Enterprise Architecture, TOGAF, and Sparx
• Expert IT knowledge to examine IT solutions and identify improvement opportunities, including Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• Knowledge of business process development, value streams, and capability maps
• Familiarity with maturity models and their analysis methods
• Proficient in system modeling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect and ARIS Architect
• Ability to analyze organizational, system, and business structures and processes to improve operations and align business with technology
• Capable of producing documentation and developing IT resource usage standards and policies
• Strong skills in writing and presenting analyses, business cases, visions, and analytical models
• Effective time and project management
• Problem-solving and leadership skills
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
• Excellent communication skills for educating others on best practices in IT products and solutions
• Experience managing the architecture governance function

• Design, communicate, and maintain enterprise architecture and architectural repository
• Establish processes for development and management of enterprise architecture, including defining transformation roadmaps
• Advise and contribute to the development of organizational architectural capabilities and governance initiatives
• Support programs and projects in planning, control, risk management, harmonization, change management, and architectural compliance
• Collect and analyze business needs, user needs, and technical requirements, translating them into architectures
• Design interoperability and interfaces between systems
• Map business goals, project benefits, priorities, system components, and functions
• Analyze organizational structures, business processes, and IT system portfolios
• Evaluate architecture maturity and perform cost/benefit analysis for IT systems
• Prepare system documentation, conduct presentations, and collect and interpret system metrics
• Support projects implementing elements of enterprise architecture
