SailPoint / IAM Inżynier (K/M)

This position involves working with the SailPoint platform, a leading identity governance and administration solution, targeting IAM (Identity and Access Management) and IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) processes. The role is situated in a remote setting with a focus on security-oriented enterprise environments, including regulated sectors such as finance and insurance.

• Practical experience with the SailPoint platform (IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud/IdentityNow).
• Experience in administration, configuration, and development of SailPoint solutions.
• Ability to create and modify code, rules, and workflows.
• Experience with SailPoint connectors and integrations.
• Good knowledge of IAM/IGA areas including provisioning, deprovisioning, identity lifecycle management, RBAC, entitlement management, and access certification.
• Experience integrating systems using REST API and Web Services.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Ability to independently diagnose and solve technical problems.
• Very good knowledge of English.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, and SQL.
• Experience with SCIM, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
• Familiarity with PAM solutions such as CyberArk.
• Experience in financial, insurance, or other regulated environments.

• Administration, maintenance, and development of the SailPoint platform.
• Configuration and development of IAM/IGA processes.
• Creation and modification of code, rules, and workflows in SailPoint.
• Configuration and development of connectors and enterprise system integrations.
• Onboarding of new applications and data sources to the IAM platform.
• Configuration of provisioning, deprovisioning, and identity lifecycle management processes.
• Management of roles, entitlements, and access review/certification processes.
• Diagnosis and resolution of technical issues related to the platform and integrations.
• Support for changes, incidents, and problems at L3 level.
• Collaboration with Security, IAM, Infrastructure teams, and application owners.
• Participation in automation and optimization of identity and access management processes.
