MS Dynamics 365 CRM Azure Lead Developer

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The project involves developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales (CRM) solutions, one of the largest CRM implementations in the financial sector, live across 55 countries.

• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales (CRM) implementations with at least 4 full lifecycle deliveries.
• Hands-on knowledge of CRM SDK, plug-in development, and programmatic interfaces for Dynamics CRM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft .NET (v4.6.2), C#, and JavaScript.
• Strong experience in Azure app development, particularly Azure Functions, App Insights, and Azure Service Bus (minimum 2–3 years).
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as NUnit, Moq, or FakeXrmEasy.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, MSAL, and secure authentication & authorization models.
• Working knowledge of Git source control and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on with front end frameworks such as HTML5, ReactJS, or AngularJS.
• Experience with messaging platforms (MQ Series, Azure Service Bus), event-driven architecture, and pub/sub models.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Experience with logging frameworks (App Insights, Serilog) and code review processes.
• Ability to prototype and evaluate emerging technologies to meet evolving business needs.

• Build and enhance solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales (CRM online).
• Conduct code delivery, reviews, and quality checks to ensure adherence to enterprise standards.
• Drive backlog grooming and sprint planning activities in coordination with global teams.
• Participate in full project lifecycle delivery, including analysis, customization, deployment, and production releases.
• Develop integrations using Azure Functions, App Insights, and Azure Service Bus.
• Work with the Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate) to deliver extended CRM functionality.
• Implement test-driven development practices (TDD, unit testing, mocking).
• Provide input into architecture and design decisions, supporting the solution architect with proofs of concept.
