Data Operations Specialist

LinkGroup is seeking a Data Operations Specialist to join the Global Network Team supporting fund account opening activities for international clients.

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a comparable discipline.
• Previous experience within Transfer Agency, fund operations or fund account opening.
• Good understanding of account opening requirements, controls and processes within a Transfer Agency environment.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of an international team.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage priorities and work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to process optimization, workflow improvements or automation initiatives would be an additional advantage.

• Coordinate the full lifecycle of Transfer Agent fund account openings, from request initiation through completion.
• Process and oversee account opening requests, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely execution.
• Work closely with Client Services teams, Transfer Agents and other stakeholders across different locations.
• Handle operational questions, follow up on outstanding items and support the resolution of escalated cases.
• Track ongoing activities, service levels and operational performance to ensure agreed standards are maintained.
• Investigate operational incidents and coordinate their resolution with the relevant teams.
• Prepare status updates, operational reports and other information required by stakeholders and management.
• Identify opportunities to streamline existing processes and participate in automation and efficiency initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional and international teams to improve operational processes and the overall client experience.
• Support a collaborative working culture through knowledge sharing, teamwork and continuous improvement.
