Senior Fullstack Developer (PHP+React)

At SINGU, the company is focused on redefining operations for leading real estate companies across Europe. Their unified CAFM platform manages over 250 million m² of real estate worldwide, supporting more than 500,000 professionals and managing 100,000+ buildings across 35+ countries. The Technical Account Management team delivers customizations, dedicated functionality, and system integrations for large enterprise clients, focusing on data imports/exports and integrations with external systems like ERP, HR, finance, and SSO. Security, data correctness, and database performance are critical in their multi-tenant product environment.

• 5+ years of commercial PHP backend development (version 7.4+/8)
• Expert knowledge of PostgreSQL including query optimization, indexing, execution plans, and migrations on large datasets
• Proven experience designing and maintaining REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with data import pipelines and external system integrations (files, APIs, queues) including idempotency, validation, error handling, and reprocessing
• Working knowledge of React allowing delivery of features end-to-end
• Strong focus on security including secure coding, access control, and data protection
• Experience ensuring performance of high-volume operations
• Full ownership of delivered solutions from technical design to production and support
• Experience mentoring other developers and performing code reviews
• Active usage of AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT) in daily work
• Communicative English (B2+) for technical specifications and calls
• Fluent Polish for internal team communication

Nice to have:

• Experience with Phalcon framework
• Advanced PostgreSQL tuning: partitioning, vacuum, planner, and production performance troubleshooting
• Experience with ERP/enterprise integrations (e.g., SAP, Dynamics, PeopleSoft), and SSO protocols (SAML/OIDC)
• Knowledge of Docker, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines
• Background in customization-heavy or multi-tenant B2B SaaS products
• Improving test automation and local development environments

• Design and implement integrations and custom functionality for enterprise clients
• Build secure, high-performance backend services in PHP, and extend React frontends when necessary
• Design and optimize data import/export processes with a focus on security, data integrity, and performance
• Identify and remove performance bottlenecks in application and database layers
• Participate in technical breakdown and estimation prior to development; co-own API contracts
• Review code and mentor mid-level developers; act as a go-to person for backend and database topics
• Collaborate with the Tech Lead, QA, and other teams (Platform, Core)
