Senior Frontend Developer (React)

Axence Sp. z o.o. Sp. j. develops software that improves and simplifies the work of IT departments and educates about cybersecurity. The company delivers IT solutions both in Poland and worldwide, focusing on software that enhances IT security.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a frontend developer including at least 3 years with React and TypeScript.
• Expert knowledge of tools and libraries within the React ecosystem and experience building scalable applications.
• Experience designing frontend architecture and developing design systems.
• Experience working with multi-module frontend applications or monorepo architecture.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and API design principles.
• Experience using AI tools in software development (e.g. Claude Code), critically assessing generated code and sharing best practices.
• Proficiency with developer tools such as Git, CI/CD, and bundlers, including optimization skills.
• Ability to make technical decisions with incomplete data.
• Commitment to producing high-quality software and taking responsibility for own solutions.
• Willingness to share knowledge and treat feedback as an opportunity for growth.
• Continuous updating of skills and knowledge.
• English language skills sufficient to work with documentation.

Nice to have:

• Experience writing automated tests.
• Practical knowledge of implementing WCAG 2.1-2.2 at AA level or higher.
• Experience in frontend application security.

• Participate in the full software development cycle from requirements analysis to deployment, maintenance, and production monitoring.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for selected application areas and collaborate with team members to deliver a high-quality product.
• Collaborate actively with product and design teams to clarify business requirements and find optimal solutions.
• Co-create frontend application architecture and make technological decisions considering trade-offs.
• Implement key features, develop the design system, and optimize application performance.
• Actively participate in code reviews and share knowledge within the frontend team.
• Initiate and implement technological and process improvements including CI/CD, automation, and developer tools.
• Co-create technical standards for the team and guide the development direction of the frontend product part.
