Senior Domain Architect - Klient Biznesowy (K/M)

Alior Bank SA is seeking a Senior Domain Architect with at least 10 years of IT architecture experience, including a minimum of 5 years as a domain, solution, or corporate architect in banking, finance, or a large regulated organization.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT architecture
• At least 5 years in the role of domain, solution, or corporate architect in banking, finance, or a large regulated organization
• Ability to design end-to-end domain architecture covering CRM, financing, digital channels, business banking platforms, integrations, data, and dependencies between products and platforms
• Practical knowledge of microservices architecture, API/API Management, integration architecture, data architecture, Azure cloud, Event Driven Architecture, and Domain Driven Design
• Understanding of the impact of regulations such as DORA, AI Act, and governance requirements on technology decisions, roadmaps, technical debt, and target domain architecture
• Ability to cooperate with Tribe Leaders, business and technology leaders, translating business needs into architectural decisions, standards, roadmaps, and business cases based on ROI, TCO, and Time-to-Market

• Responsible for the consistency of the entire KB domain architecture, covering CRM, Financing, Alior Business, and Digital Channels
• Manage one application and participate in building target architecture, technology roadmaps, and standards supporting the Business Client ecosystem
• Build and maintain Target Architecture for the Business Client domain including CRM, Financing, Alior Business, digital channels, integrations, data, and shared services
• Create three-year technology roadmaps, manage dependencies between products and platforms, and identify and reduce technical debt
• Define architectural standards for microservices, API, integration, data, Azure cloud, Event Driven Architecture, and Domain Driven Design
• Prepare the KB domain for AI, GenAI, and Agentic Banking deployments, including AI reference architecture, AI services catalog, agent integration standards, and governance compliant with DORA and AI Act
• Collaborate with Corporate, Data, Integration, and AI Architects and support Tribe Leaders in technology and investment decisions
