Wymagania
- Solid experience (3+ years) as a Senior IT System Administrator in complex IT environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (including Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell)
- Experience with VMware and knowledge of Hyper-V, including migration projects
- Good understanding of networking protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate in English (minimum B2 level)
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Linux environments
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), SLAs, and root cause analysis
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, VCP)
- Experience with documentation, Microsoft Office, and diagram tools
Obowiązki
- Design and implement system standards in collaboration with IT Architects
- Lead the migration from VMware to Hyper-V environments
- Strengthen IT security in server environments according to HQ guidelines
- Coordinate tasks and activities within the Logistics IT Server Administration Team
- Ensure performance optimisation, high availability, and SLA compliance
- Plan and execute patching, updates, and service windows
- Proactively monitor systems and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Support IT projects with technical input and maintain high-quality documentation
