IT & Applications Junior Specialist

Mute sp. z o.o. operates a modern factory and supporting teams in Galew (pow. turecki), including IT and a development department with an acoustic laboratory. The company also has a headquarters in Warsaw housing sales, product development, customer service, and marketing teams. The Warsaw office functions in a hybrid model with 8 remote workdays per month.

• At least 1–2 years of experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing company.
• Practical knowledge of ERP system operations and ability to analyze application-level problems.
• Willingness to collaborate with users, IT team, and solution vendors.
• Communicative English language skills.
• Openness to learning and developing competencies in broader IT areas.

• Support IT team in maintaining and developing ERP and other company applications.
• Analyze user-reported problems and needs related to system operation.
• Collaborate with IT team, business users, and external vendors to resolve issues and implement application changes.
• Receive and handle current user tickets regarding applications, hardware, and IT work environment.
• Participate in other IT team duties beyond application area.
