IT Business Analyst – Project Management Tools

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst focused on implementing or optimizing Project Management or PPM tools.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex business processes into technical solutions.
• Deep understanding of PPM logic and experience with enterprise-grade PM tools like Clarity, Planview, ServiceNow SPM, or Jira Align.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing full software development lifecycle including requirement gathering, UAT, and deployment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independent work in a fast-paced environment.

• Serve as the primary contact for PMO and business owners to communicate needs and technical delivery.
• Lead workshops to capture and document business requirements and process optimization opportunities.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical designs for tool configuration.
• Drive setup, maintenance, and enhancement of PPM modules like Resource Management and Financials.
• Oversee enhancement lifecycle including requirement gathering, UAT, deployment, and release planning.
• Recommend best practices and governance to improve organizational efficiency.
• Provide functional support, troubleshoot complex issues, and create documentation such as process maps and user guides.
