3D Animator / 3D Artist

They have international bestsellers such as Wiedźmin: Stary Świat, Wiedźmin: Ścieżka Przeznaczenia, and Cyberpunk 2077: The Board Game. The company collaborates with major pop culture brands to produce engaging products for fans globally.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D (product rendering and/or animation)
• Current portfolio showing photorealistic renders and animations (product/advertisement)
• Proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender (working primarily in C4D + Octane; transition from Blender is acceptable)
• Knowledge of composition principles, lighting, and PBR materials
• Knowledge of compositing and working with AOVs in After Effects
• Ability to work on campaign deadlines and iterate based on feedback
• High self-discipline, responsibility, and independence
• Motivation for development and proactivity in expanding skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with miniature/figurine rendering; motion design (After Effects); basic product photography
• Ability and ease in creating dynamic animations for teasers and trailers, including scripting them

• Create photorealistic product renders (figurines, components, scenes) for campaign websites and advertisements
• Design 3D animations for product presentations, campaign materials, and performance creatives (short formats)
• Prepare creative variants for A/B testing in cooperation with performance specialists and graphic designers
• Build and maintain a 3D asset library (scenes, lighting, templates) to ensure knowledge retention within the company
• Collaborate with another 3D Animator in dividing the production pipeline
• Execute work consistent with the project's artistic direction
• Work with products from the board game industry
