Technical Leader

Ness Solution is recruiting for a Technical Leader role focused on the insurance domain, particularly in claims processing. The position involves leading the technical direction of projects within an experienced and engaged team.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance domain, preferably claims domain.
• At least 5 years of experience in system architecture design and supervision.
• Very good knowledge of Java and Spring.
• Ability to create scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant distributed architectures.
• Very good knowledge of architectural patterns and integration practices.
• Experience working with cloud and infrastructure automation.
• Skills in code reviews, mentoring, and architectural workshops.
• Experience co-creating technology roadmaps and risk assessment.
• Experience in end-to-end observability.
• Practical knowledge of API governance.
• Practical knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Ability to work hybrid with at least 3 days per week in the office.
• Providing services from Poland territory.
• Experience with Agentic SDLC.
• Experience with multi-cloud strategies.
• Participation in defining technological standards within an organization.

• Designing a completely new Claims Reporting system and documenting system architecture.
• Building the system from scratch using a distributed microservices architecture.
• Participating in feasibility analyses and development assumptions.
• Setting system development direction, enforcing technological standards, and ensuring code quality.
• Estimating programming and architectural work effort and resource requirements.
• Assigning development tasks, supervising implementation, performing code reviews, and creating technical documentation.
• Ensuring operational and security requirements of delivered solutions.
• Providing programming support during development, deployment, and stabilization phases.

• Hybrid work mode is required with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
• Services must be provided from the territory of Poland.
