Data Architecture Expert

Link Group is seeking an experienced CDP / Data Architecture Expert to support designing and developing a Customer Data Platform (CDP) solution.

• Practical experience designing/building CDP and creating a unified 360-degree customer profile
• Strong experience in Data Architecture and databases
• Experience integrating data from multiple systems and sources
• Experience with CDP/customer data platforms such as Synerise, SALESmanago, Salesforce, Adobe CDP or similar
• Knowledge of data integration, APIs, and real-time systems
• Broad technological perspective and ability to justify architectural decisions
• Excellent communication skills and consultancy approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze available data, integration, data quality, and identify key gaps
• Design the CDP architecture and a unified customer model/profile
• Define methods of collecting, merging, and sharing data from various sources
• Determine responsibilities between the CDP, existing platforms, and source systems
• Design data flows and APIs to support an AI Agent
• Advise on real-time processing, performance, security, and technology selection
• Assist in defining MVP, subsequent implementation stages, and risks
• Collaborate with engineering teams and business areas such as e-commerce, AI, data, and IT
