Business Analyst (Master Data Management)

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in business development, offering IT services including technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst
• Documented experience in independently gathering business requirements and preparing analytical documentation
• Experience with customer master data systems, reference data, or Master Data Management (MDM) solutions
• Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques and process modeling
• Experience working in Agile methodologies
• Effective communication skills with business and technical stakeholders
• High analytical skills and ability to organize complex business issues

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of IT system architecture in large organizations
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., banking, finance)
• Experience in analyzing and modeling data dictionaries

• Participation in a banking industry project
• Independently gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and process analysis
• Modeling business processes related to customer data
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive analytical documentation
• Collaborating with IT teams, architects, and system analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Supporting Agile projects, working with backlogs, user stories, and participating in refinements
• Hybrid work mode with 2 days per week in the office in Warsaw
