Business Data Analyst

DCG is hiring a Business Data Analyst to work on building common capabilities for Data Products within the GDM. The role involves acting as a bridge between business needs and developers to deliver high quality IT solutions in an Agile environment.

• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience working with complex requirements
• Experience in data analysis, data hygiene, and data quality
• Familiarity with Hive
• Good communication skills
• Fluent English
• Basic understanding of machine learning, CI/CD pipelines, and big data concepts
• Ownership and independence in handling tasks, features, and user stories
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Spark

• Act as a bridge between business needs and developers to ensure delivery of high quality IT solutions

• Work with data products and design advanced solutions around data and analytics
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the company to understand expected outcomes and elicit business features
• Manage delivery dependencies towards other teams and organizational units
• Work in an Agile environment as part of a cross-functional agile delivery team
