Fullstack Developer (Python + React)

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in business development. They use a broad spectrum of IT services including technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Experience developing applications using Python 3.12/3.13
• Practical knowledge of FastAPI, async/await, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, pytest, and pytest-asyncio
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs and working with OpenAPI specification
• Knowledge of input data validation, error handling, authorization, endpoint versioning, and backward API compatibility
• Experience with PostgreSQL including data model design, migrations, indexing, and transaction management
• Knowledge of Redis Stack, vector search, and basic pgvector
• Experience implementing solutions based on Azure OpenAI or OpenAI API
• Understanding of embeddings, document chunking, retrieval, and prompt engineering
• Experience in frontend development using TypeScript and React/Vite
• Knowledge of Vue 3/Vite, component creation, state management, forms, and error handling
• Experience integrating frontend with APIs
• Knowledge of MSAL, Entra ID, OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, CORS, CSRF, and role/permission management
• Experience integrating with Azure Blob Storage, Microsoft Graph, Jira, and Confluence
• Practical knowledge of HTTP communication libraries such as httpx or aiohttp
• Experience designing solutions resilient to timeouts and external system errors
• Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests
• Knowledge of tools ruff and pyright and API contract maintenance
• Familiarity with Docker Compose and basic container environment administration
• Ability to analyze logs in Kubernetes
• Understanding of pipelines, environment variables, and migration execution
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes for applications deployed on Kubernetes

• Development and maintenance of GenLite applications in backend and frontend architecture
• Designing, developing, and maintaining APIs according to REST and OpenAPI standards
• Developing features based on AI, RAG, and integrations with LLM models
• Designing and optimizing data models in PostgreSQL and Redis
• Implementing integrations with Azure services and external systems
• Developing and maintaining authentication and authorization mechanisms based on Entra ID and OAuth2/OIDC
• Preparing and maintaining unit and integration tests
• Collaborating on maintaining and developing Kubernetes-based runtime environments
• Participating in CI/CD processes and supporting application deployments
• Working in a hybrid model: 2 days per week from Warsaw office
