Deputy Project Manager (IAM/Racf)

• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and access control processes
• Familiarity with RACF or mainframe security environments
• Proven experience managing or coordinating projects in banking, financial services, or regulated environments
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvement and automation
• Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and risk management
• Understanding of regulatory, audit, and risk management requirements in financial institutions
• Experience with process analysis, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives
• Fluency in English
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
• Ability to drive delivery, manage priorities, and resolve obstacles in complex projects
• Excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills
• Results-oriented with attention to detail and execution discipline

• Advanced skills in IAM, risk management, and project management techniques

• Support and act as Deputy of the RACF Project Leader in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities
• Drive progress across Business Delivery teams and ensure delivery against timelines and milestones
• Facilitate daily project team standups, virtual workshops, and stakeholder meetings
• Maintain action and decision logs and project documentation
• Drive accountability for actions and commitments across project stakeholders
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalate when necessary
• Maintain project progress trackers and prepare status reports and management presentations
• Support project governance processes and reporting requirements
• Develop recommendations for automation opportunities and manage their implementation
