• 4+ years as Senior IT Analyst
• 5 to 10 years of experience with IT projects
• DORA subject matter knowledge including main regulation and regulatory technical standards
• Knowledge and experience in key business continuity, crisis management, and IT service continuity management concepts
• Prior work experience in financial entities or banking sector
• Experience performing regulatory gap assessments and evaluating adherence to regulatory requirements
• Strong background in Risk Management
• Experience in IT Compliance
• Ability to independently lead and coordinate workshops with cross-functional teams and stakeholders of various seniority
• Fluency in English

• Develop and apply DORA subject matter expertise including main regulation and regulatory technical standards
• Provide project members and steering group with better understanding of requirements
• Produce input to business cases and development planning for Project Managers and business areas
• Drive and manage the requirements process throughout the projects lifecycle
• Implement and support business continuity, crisis management, and IT service continuity management concepts to contribute to overall operational resilience
