Senior IT Developer

The company operates within the Transportation / Logistics industry. The role involves developing and maintaining Enterprise Services in the Enterprise Digital Document Management domain.

• Experience with Java as a backend language.
• Knowledge of Spring Boot framework.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with MongoDB.
• Experience with Confluent Kafka and K streams.
• Containerization experience using Docker.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Argo CD.
• Experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
• Familiarity with Keycloak OIDC.
• Experience or knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Material-UI, Redux, and NGINX is beneficial.
• Business fluency in English (written and spoken).
• University degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 4-6+ years as a software engineer.
• Experience with agile methodologies like SCRUM or Kanban.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Effective cross-cultural communication and collaborative work mindset.

• Implement backend services using Java Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, gRPC, Kafka, event-driven microservices, Azure DevOps, Argo CD, Redis, and Observability.
• Drive delivery of ongoing projects and maintenance sprints.
• Follow and challenge established SDKs, coding standards, development practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Participate in code reviews and support continuous software quality improvement.
• Maintain focus on SOLID principles, test coverage, and clean coding practices.
• Support production releases and deployment activities.
• Coordinate with testing/QA teams during test cycles and releases.
• Collaborate with digital core communities and DevSecOps and infrastructure teams for frameworks, processes, SDKs, and best practices.
