Regular Delivery Lead

This role is within the banking industry and focuses on delivery management intersecting business and IT in a regulated and complex environment.

• 7-10+ years of experience in delivery, Agile, or organizational transformation in complex environments.
• Experience in banking, finance, or fintech sectors.
• Experience delivering banking products and digital products.
• Experience working in regulated environments.
• Proven success improving delivery predictability.
• Proven experience shortening time-to-market and reducing process inefficiencies.
• Proficiency with various project approaches and scalable frameworks.
• Ability to work both operationally with teams and strategically with leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation of difficult decisions, and simplification of complex issues.
• Experience working with business KPIs and accountability for delivery outcomes.

• Experience in data-driven projects.
• Experience with Hubs & Spokes delivery model.

• Responsible for end-to-end delivery in selected business and IT value streams.
• Build and optimize delivery models ensuring predictability, transparency, and measurable impact on business KPIs.
• Implement delivery management approaches based on flow metrics, capacity, lead time, and throughput.
• Link technological metrics with business outcomes including revenue, cost, and risk.
• Identify and eliminate systemic problems, bottlenecks, inter-team dependencies, and process overloads.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT, and management on prioritization and initiative execution.
• Support improvement of delivery predictability, reduction of time-to-market, and increase process efficiency.
