Service Desk Specialist

Group Technology at Nordea Bank ABP provides engineering solutions and supports the bank's transformation with a holistic technological view to enable the Customer Vision and Business Strategy. The Service Desk and Support team handles cross-border incident management and request fulfillment, mainly for Scandinavian countries, with a new office in Warsaw operating shifts between 6:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday.

• Communicate freely in English both in speaking and writing at B2 level
• One year of experience in a similar position or relevant education
• Open-minded and can-do approach to challenges
• Good communication skills and customer-focused
• Knowledge of request and incident management according to ITIL is considered an advantage

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of GDPR

• Provide support to end users through phone, chat, or ITSM tools regarding IT-related issues
• Interact with other support groups to solve incidents related to IT infrastructure and applications
• Register, prioritize, and document all incidents using relevant tools following incident management procedures
• Diagnose software and hardware issues to find appropriate solutions
• Actively participate in knowledge sharing to create and implement best practices
• Take responsibility for continuous learning and competence building within own area of responsibility
