Community & Ecosystem Lead

NeverBlink is a company focused on making knowledge graphs and ontologies accessible to enhance AI systems. They develop infrastructure software as the new generation of data products used by top companies worldwide. The company operates with an international team headquartered in Warsaw, Poland, and emphasizes open-source development funded partially by EU grants.

• Fluent in English
• Residing in the EU or EFTA
• Willingness and ability to travel
• Good public speaking skills, with experience giving talks at technical or scientific conferences
• Ability to code to a degree sufficient to teach basic programming
• Familiarity with the open-source ecosystem and preferably a track record of OSS contributions
• Good writing skills, evidenced by blog posts, research papers, or other content
• Experience operating social media profiles with community engagement
• Experience organizing physical events
• Strong familiarity with data and AI areas (e.g., agents, analytics, databases, graph analytics, ontologies)
• Experience building or growing a technical community

• Organize tutorials and workshops at developer, technical, or scientific conferences

• Maintain relationships with key partners, such as content publishers and software companies
• Communicate community needs and feature requests to the development team
