Analityk-Programista Java/Angular (Mid)

IT Factory is a dynamic company with experience in the development, implementation, and support of IT solutions for a significant Polish company in the insurance and financial sector.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an analyst in an IT team
• Ability to model processes (e.g., UML, user story mapping)
• Ability to document requirements (e.g., BPMN)
• Ability to communicate freely with stakeholders to gather requirements and specify system changes
• Knowledge of SQL for data analysis
• Strong knowledge of Angular (over 5 years of experience)
• Strong knowledge of Java/Kotlin (over 5 years of experience)
• Strong knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud (over 2 years of experience)
• Knowledge of Git and Maven

Nice to have:

• English language proficiency at B1/B2 level (reading documentation, communication with suppliers)
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks
• Knowledge of functional and object-oriented programming paradigms
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch
• Ability to scale applications
• Knowledge of performance diagnostic tools for implemented solutions

• Analyze business and technical requirements, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and propose improvements
• Collaborate with the project team (analysts, programmers, business representatives) to deliver high-quality solutions
• Perform integration and regression testing
• Verify data and system correctness using SQL
