CyberArk PAM Administrator / CyberArk Operations Engineer

People More is a technology company working with a large client base domestically and internationally, building projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in parts. They work directly for clients and support partners worldwide, offering a variety of projects and the ability to change. The company has a small team and an international working environment with remote work options.

• Several years of hands-on experience working with CyberArk PAM in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of CyberArk Vault, CPM (Central Policy Manager), PSM (Privileged Session Manager), PSMP (Privileged Session Manager Proxy), and PVWA (Password Vault Web Access).
• Experience handling incidents, changes, and system updates.
• Strong troubleshooting and monitoring skills.
• Experience with CyberArk scripting and automation.
• Good knowledge of Windows and/or Linux administration.
• Experience with backup and recovery concepts.
• Ability to work independently in operational IT environments.
• Very good English and Polish language skills.

Nice to Have:

• CyberArk certifications.
• Experience in enterprise-scale PAM environments.
• Experience with ITIL processes.
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation and scripting.

• Operate and administer the existing CyberArk PAM environment.
• Manage and maintain CyberArk Vaults.
• Administer and support CyberArk Central Policy Manager (CPM).
• Operate and maintain Privileged Session Manager (PSM) and PSM Proxy (PSMP).
• Maintain Password Vault Web Access (PVWA).
• Monitor CyberArk components and ensure platform stability.
• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve technical issues.
• Implement system changes, updates, and enhancements.
• Support backup and recovery processes.
• Automate recurring operational tasks using CyberArk scripting and automation capabilities.
• Administer and troubleshoot supporting Windows and/or Linux systems.
• Participate in on-call support activities.
