Mid DevSecOps Engineer

RITS Software House, part of RITS Group, is an IT company specializing in software development for Polish and international markets.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or Linux Systems Administrator at mid-level.
• Proficient in Linux systems, especially RHEL 8/9.
• Experience with container platforms such as Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Practical experience with ELK/OpenSearch (Elasticsearch and Kibana) for monitoring and log analysis.
• Experience in building, deploying, and maintaining containerized applications and managing container images.
• Knowledge of GitOps approaches (e.g., ArgoCD, FluxCD) and secret management tools like HashiCorp Vault or equivalents.
• Experience working with AI/ML solutions is an advantage.
• Knowledge of high availability design principles and practical application.
• Analytical problem-solving skills, communicative, and team collaboration.
• Polish and English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

• Maintain production environments and resolve incidents operationally.
• Build, deploy, and maintain containerized applications.
• Manage Docker/Podman and the creation and maintenance of container images.
• Design and maintain CI/CD processes using tools like GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins.
• Automate administrative tasks using Ansible, Bash, or Python.
• Configure networks, manage certificates, access, and security mechanisms of production environments.
• Monitor and diagnose systems and applications, analyze logs, and identify causes of failures.
• Implement corrective actions and recommend improvements to increase system availability and resilience.
• Collaborate with development and platform teams in designing application architecture and business processes.
