Software Engineer & IT Analyst

• Strong knowledge of Java/Kotlin (>5 years)
• Good knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud (>2 years)
• Minimum 2 years experience as an analyst in an IT team and ability to model processes (e.g., via UML, user story mapping)
• Ability to document requirements (e.g., BPMN)
• Ability to communicate freely with stakeholders to elicit requirements and decompose them into system change specifications
• Knowledge of SQL for data analysis
• Strong knowledge of Angular (>5 years)

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks
• Knowledge of Functional Programming and Object Oriented Programming paradigms
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, and ElasticSearch
• Ability to scale applications
• Experience with tools for diagnosing performance of implemented solutions

• Analyze business and technical requirements, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and propose improvements
• Collaborate with project team members—analysts, developers, and business representatives—to ensure high-quality delivered solutions
• Perform integration and regression tests and use SQL to verify data and system correctness
