Infrastructure Administrator (Integration)

Sopra Steria is a major player in the European tech industry specializing in consulting, digital services, and software development. The Polish Global Delivery Center located in Katowice employs around 1,000 specialists. The Digital Platform Services department focuses on cloud, operating systems, virtualization, databases, backup, storage, networking, and security. The Application Services department manages software development, data engineering, testing services, CRM, ITSM, and ERP platform integrations for customers across multiple European countries.

• Minimum 3 years experience in system integration, monitoring, or application operations.
• Strong knowledge of Linux.
• Ability to work with supervision tools and handle operational incidents.
• Good analytical skills and autonomy.
• Practical experience with GitLab, Airflow, Grafana, Kafka, Kubernetes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed technical teams.
• English language proficiency; French is a strong advantage.
• Availability for 5-month project starting November 2026.
• Willingness to visit offices in Katowice or Gdańsk.

• Configure telecom equipment through the supervision and alarm-handling solution interface.
• Integrate and maintain business features such as alarm enrichment, mapping, correlation, reporting, and automation.
• Maintain and evolve ETL processes and data flows.
• Perform technical and functional tests and maintain related documentation.
• Support and maintain solution integrations and services in production, including incident analysis and troubleshooting.
• Monitor health and performance of services and proactively identify issues.
• Collaborate with customer, network/OMC, infrastructure, and application teams to coordinate technical activities and resolve incidents.
• Develop administration and configuration scripts using APIs/Web Services and other integration mechanisms.
• Prepare and support production deployments, including technical validation and rollback procedures in private cloud/Kubernetes environment.

Only candidates based in Poland can be offered a 5-month cooperation period. The position operates within a three-shift schedule: 08:00–16:00, 09:00–17:00, 10:00–18:00, starting November 1st, 2026.
