Mid/Senior RoR

• Location: Wrocław (mandatory requirement due to client team location).
• Commercial, practical experience with Ruby on Rails in a production environment at Mid or Senior level.
• Strong knowledge of database schema design and data modeling.
• Experience designing RESTful API.
• Practical knowledge of PostgreSQL and AWS infrastructure.
• Experience with or enthusiasm for adopting AI coding support agents.
• Good command of English.
• Strong teamwork orientation and communication skills.
• Pragmatic approach balancing speed, quality, and scope of work.

Nice to have:

• Experience in e-commerce or travel platform projects.
• Sensitivity in UX/Design areas.
• Passion for traveling.
• Knowledge of Next.js and Vercel platform.

• Full responsibility for end-to-end feature development from planning and design to building, testing, and deployment.
• Building and maintaining systems based on the Ruby on Rails framework.
• Working in a full-stack model with a significant backend (Rails) focus and occasional frontend support.
• Writing clean, well-tested, high-quality code.
• Using AI agents to support coding for maximizing efficiency.
• Active participation in code reviews.
• Maintaining system operation and resolving issues in production environments.
• Close collaboration with Product, Design, and Quality Engineering teams.

Location restriction: client requires candidates to be based in Wrocław due to the location of the client team.
