Project & Transition Manager

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT project management
• Knowledge of project methodologies and ITIL best practices
• Experience in implementation, migration, or integration projects
• Ability to work with clients, vendors, and technical teams
• Practical knowledge of risk, schedule, and budget management
• Skills in conducting workshops, status meetings, and presentations
• Very good organizational skills
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level

Nice to have:

• Technical or managerial experience in Data & Analytics projects, on-prem/Cloud infrastructure or database migrations, 365/24 support services
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, or Power BI
• Certifications: PRINCE2, PMP, ITIL

• Coordinate implementation, migration, and transformation projects
• Prepare transition, migration, and production launch plans for support services
• Define and manage transition plans and roadmaps
• Manage project schedule, budget, scope, and risk
• Coordinate collaboration between client, technical teams, and partners
• Work closely with Technical Leaders
• Organize and supervise cutover, go-live, and hypercare processes
• Manage communication and relationships with key stakeholders
• Ensure smooth handoff of solutions to maintenance and operational support
• Identify opportunities for improvements in delivery and transition processes
