Data Analyst - Tableau

• At least 2 years of experience with Tableau, including dashboard and report creation.
• Overall at least 4 years of experience in data analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, especially with BigQuery and Dataform considered a plus.
• Experience with ETL processes and integrating data from multiple sources.
• Strong analytical skills to break down ambiguous problems.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and query optimization.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economy, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Tableau Server administration.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Python libraries such as pandas, numpy, matplotlib, or plotly.
• Domain knowledge in airlines, transportation, logistics, or vacations industries.

• Build reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Tableau and Tableau Prep.
• Administer Tableau Server, including user management, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Transform complex datasets into meaningful insights for non-technical audiences through communication and storytelling.
• Work with ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources.
• Optimize SQL queries for performance when working with large-scale datasets.
• Support team members and ensure project deadlines are met.
