Senior Procurement Process Automation Specialist

• Higher education, preferably in IT or other technical fields
• Several years of experience in business process automation, preferably in procurement or IT project implementation and development
• Practical experience with process automation tools (e.g. Power Automate, UiPath, BluePrism, OCR, workflow)
• Ability to map, model, and optimize end-to-end processes
• Understanding of procurement processes and/or P2P
• Ability to translate business needs into specific solutions
• Experience in project work using various methods and approaches in project management
• Good command of English
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Effectiveness and business responsibility
• Orientation towards continuous development and ability to learn from different perspectives

Nice to have:

• Experience in automating procurement processes (catalogs, workflow, supplier scoring, P2P processes)
• Certifications or training in RPA, process automation, Power Platform, or project management
• Experience working in large organizations or on transformational projects

• Identify, design, and implement process automation in procurement (workflow, purchasing catalogs, approval path optimization, process improvements)
• Create and develop RPA and low code/no code automation solutions supporting procurement activities
• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain process automation using tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, BluePrism, OCR, workflow
• Prepare and implement concepts for AI agents and analytical tools in the procurement process
• Analyze existing procurement processes for efficiency and automation potential
• Collaborate with business teams, IT, and tool suppliers to design and maintain automation
• Monitor implemented solutions, propose improvements, develop data quality and control mechanisms
• Prepare functional documentation, process diagrams, and optimization recommendations
• Participate in Procurement Excellence transformation projects and coordinate tool development works in procurement
