Senior Product Manager (Poland, Remote)

First Connect Insurance Services is a digital marketplace providing independent insurance agents access to top US carriers and the optionality necessary to grow their businesses. Agents can work with 150+ carriers, selling various insurance policies, including home, auto, small business, and more. The company aims to overhaul the technology agents have access to by delivering consumer-grade software and has thousands of active agents with hundreds joining monthly.

• 5+ years in product management with a proven track record in fast-paced environments.
• Customer-first mindset with focus on user pain points and creating products they love.
• Comfort with ambiguity, turning unowned problem spaces into roadmaps and shipped product.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with engineering, design, and business teams.
• Experience leading large migrations or re-architectures involving cross-team dependencies.
• Experience building products under trust, compliance, or policy constraints.
• Based in Poland with good command of English (C1) and Polish, comfortable with partial overlap in U.S. Pacific time.

Nice to have:

• Platform or infrastructure experience in B2B SaaS with enterprise-ready capabilities like multi-tenant structures, admin consoles, permissions, and audit trails.
• Experience taking 0-to-1 product ideas through incubation, piloting, and scaling.
• Experience with identity and access domains including authentication, roles, permissions, and account management.
• Marketplace expertise, especially B2B marketplaces.

• Own the Product Strategy: Define the domain's strategy, turn it into clear requirements and user flows, and establish decision frameworks.
• Consolidate and Prioritize: Integrate surfaces owned by interim stakeholders into a coherent roadmap with priorities and dependencies.
• Drive the Agency-to-Producer Migration: Lead the roadmap for rebuilding the platform to serve larger agencies; design roles and permissions models.
• Build for Scale: Create structures enabling agencies to start small and scale without outgrowing the platform; partner with large agencies as design partners.
• Turn Compliance into Product: Integrate US insurance compliance requirements into automated, auditable lifecycle flows including onboarding, updates, expirations, and terminations.
• Lead Across Teams: Treat internal teams as customers; define contracts and migration paths for users and compliance surfaces across the company; collaborate on success metrics, impact measurement, and cross-team roadmaps.
