Wymagania
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills with 4-5 years of experience.
- Knowledge of IP networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching with 4-5 years of experience.
- Hardware/Firmware troubleshooting skills involving bare-metal servers, BIOS, and BMC systems.
- Strong analytical skills for ticket handling and analysis of system and installation logs.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
- Scripting skills in Bash and Python.
- Experience with network-based server deployment (PXE/netboot).
Obowiązki
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across advanced bare-metal hardware, Linux operating systems, and networking environments.
- Analyze installation logs, OS-level metrics, and orchestration environments to identify root causes of AI cluster deployment failures.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to resolve hardware-related issues, including BIOS, BMC, PCIe, and network switches.
- Monitor and troubleshoot failures in automated CI/CD processes.
- Coordinate the work of a shift-based team and communicate with global technical leads.
