Senior IT Project Manager

moondigo sp. z o.o. is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to coordinate infrastructure, environments, security, testing, and deployments within a large transformation project in the insurance industry.

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex, long-term IT projects as a Project Manager.
• Experience managing full project lifecycle from discovery, estimation, planning, implementation, deployment, development, to maintenance.
• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies: Agile (including Scrum and Kanban) and Waterfall.
• Experience managing risk, dependencies, schedules, and budgets in technological projects.
• Ability to coordinate interdisciplinary IT teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Very good knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and MS Project.
• Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and consistency in goal achievement.
• Very good English language skills to enable fluent business communication.
• Possession of project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile.

• Experience in the insurance industry.
• Participation in large transformation projects and IT system implementations.
• Experience with infrastructure, cloud environments, DevOps, security, and production deployments.

• Manage ICT areas including infrastructure, environments, security, performance, testing, and deployments within a strategic transformation project.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team including infrastructure architects, DevOps engineers, security experts, test managers, and deployment managers.
• Coordinate preparation, configuration, and development of development, integration, testing, and production environments.
• Plan and oversee acceptance, performance, and security tests.
• Coordinate and execute production deployments.
• Supervise handover of new systems for maintenance and ensure operational readiness.
• Plan schedules, monitor progress, and manage dependencies between teams and technological areas.
• Manage risk, budget, and project resources.
• Ensure provision of necessary tools, infrastructure, equipment, and licenses for project execution.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders and report progress to IT Project Operations Director.
