Solution Integration Lead

• Strong understanding of business operations in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Experience in large-scale transformation or enterprise implementation programs, preferably in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of UAT, integration testing, test data management, and system readiness in large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Experience coordinating business stakeholders, technical delivery teams, workstream leads, and country teams.
• Knowledge of functional governance, delivery frameworks, dependency management, issue resolution, and release planning.
• Experience supporting cutover planning and operational readiness.
• Ability to translate business priorities into functional requirements, testing priorities, and technical delivery plans.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex international environments.
• Familiarity with structured delivery models involving business, adoption, technical delivery, data management, and country teams is advantageous.

Functional Governance & Coordination:

• Provide functional governance and coordination across operational and business teams to ensure delivery objectives, timelines, and milestones are met.
• Monitor progress, identify impediments, and manage dependencies affecting delivery of functional requirements and solution development.
• Coordinate UAT scenario definition, prioritization, and review with country teams and business stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between UAT priorities, system readiness, and testing scope.

UAT & Testing Readiness:

• Drive UAT readiness, ensuring high-priority test scenarios, roles, resources, and data are defined and prepared.
• Coordinate execution of high-priority scenarios during integration and system testing phases.
• Ensure testing scope aligns with functional priorities and defects are addressed.
• Facilitate collaboration between business experts, technical teams, and stakeholders for effective testing.

Test Data Management:

• Coordinate test data readiness, ensuring data meets prioritized scenarios requirements.
• Oversee timely test data documentation and reference data selection with business and country experts.
• Align test data requirements across integration testing, system testing, and UAT.
• Coordinate system readiness with mock data load cycle timelines.

Cross-functional Delivery & Stakeholder Management:

• Resolve major cross-functional impediments and dependencies involving operations, business functions, and adoption teams.
• Collaborate with technical delivery leads to ensure timely solution build progress.
• Provide functional guidance to solution leads, workstream leads, subject matter experts, and technical teams.
• Facilitate alignment between business, technical delivery, data management, and country teams.
• Provide input to prioritize build plans, requirements, and handover activities based on business priorities.

Cutover Planning & Delivery:

• Provide functional input and operational support for cutover planning.
• Ensure operational requirements, dependencies, and readiness are incorporated into cutover activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks impacting operational readiness and release delivery.
