Data & Migration Specialist

Upvanta sp. z o.o. operates projects related to financial transformation focusing on master data, data migration, and financial process transformations including SAP S/4HANA Migration.

• Experience in Master Data Management
• Knowledge of financial processes: R2R, I2C, and A2R
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Migration projects or financial system transformations
• Understanding of Data Quality and Data Governance principles
• Ability to coordinate projects and work with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in conducting business workshops
• Skills in risk identification, management, and supporting change management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in project-based and international environments

• Manage master data and migration activities for financial processes: Record-to-Report (R2R), Invoice-to-Cash (I2C), Acquire-to-Retire (A2R)
• Define data migration requirements and collaborate with business and IT teams
• Ensure high quality, completeness, and consistency of data
• Coordinate data migration throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and conduct business workshops
• Identify and monitor migration risks and support mitigating actions
• Support SAP S/4HANA Migration and financial process transformation initiatives
• Support data governance and data quality management activities
• Collaborate in change management and ensure business readiness for new solutions
