Operations Engineer (f/m)

The company specializes in digital transformation for public and private sector clients, delivering IT solutions including projects in public sector and various private companies.

• Bachelor's, master's, or engineering degree in ICT/IT, computer science, software/computer engineering, infrastructure, or relevant vocational education
• 1–3 years of professional experience after graduation
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure and servers
• Understanding of TCP/IP from a server technical perspective
• Security awareness
• Experience/knowledge of scripting (e.g., in PowerShell) is an advantage
• Proficiency in English language is required

• Maintain Microsoft-based environments (Azure Cloud and On-prem) for projects based on SharePoint, Microsoft SQL servers, CRM, .NET custom applications, and others
• Participate in project work as part of development cycle, ensuring high availability of applications and systems based on SLA requirements
• Report internally on tasks, activities, and SLA goals
• Respond to customer requests, manage change cycles, and handle incidents following ITIL practices
• Work as part of an international IT Operations team
