Wymagania
- 5+ years of experience in Data Advisory, Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
- Proven expertise translating complex IT portfolio, financial, or operational data into strategic executive recommendations in life sciences or healthcare.
- Ability to translate business challenges into analytical problems and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Experience liaising between data teams and business functions to inform strategic and operational decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
- Knowledge of semantic layer modeling, automated ETL/reporting pipelines, and data governance frameworks (FAIR data principles).
- Strong skills in advanced data analysis and handling complex datasets.
- Ability to independently validate insights and ensure data accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging business stakeholders and non-technical audiences.

- Independently design, establish, and govern enterprise KPI frameworks, executive scorecards, and data assets across RDT DIA.
- Replace manual status tracking with automated, platform-native telemetry to deliver real-time operational visibility.
- Act as a trusted data advisor to the RDT DIA Leadership Team and functional leads, facilitating data-driven reviews and resolving conflicting data narratives.
- Drive strategic initiatives to advance AI and data maturity, integrating conversational analytics, AI knowledge banks, and predictive modeling.
- Develop comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards to support business needs.
- Apply Roche's VACC Model to elevate data literacy and mentor analysts within the global Data & Analytics Community of Practice.
