Wymagania
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of relevant experience in analytics, analytics engineering, business intelligence, or data engineering; 2–3 years building analytics solutions in complex enterprise environments
- Proven experience owning end-to-end analytical products including data modeling, transformations, dashboards, and stakeholder delivery
- Experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines with proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark; strong data modelling knowledge
- Experience with production reliability, validation, reconciliation against source systems, failure resolution, and documentation
- Experience partnering with IT and engineering teams on SDLC and change management processes
- Strong collaboration skills, organizational ability, comfort in fast-paced environments, and mentoring junior team members
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with financial markets and market data
- Experience developing, automating, and scaling Tableau or similar BI tools
- Experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, Amazon S3, Redshift, or similar cloud data platforms
- Experience in financial services or capital markets analytics teams
- Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM or similar client data platforms
- Familiarity with Google Cloud / Google Enterprise AI tools (e.g., Vertex AI, Gemini)
- Exposure to AI-supported analytics or agent design patterns such as RAG, orchestration, and routing
Obowiązki
- Contribute across the full analytical lifecycle, including data modelling and developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Design, implement, and maintain high-quality ETL and Lakehouse pipelines across Databricks and Amazon Redshift to centralize and integrate disparate datasets such as Salesforce/CRM, holdings, and finance data
- Collaborate with Strategy and business and technology stakeholders to understand business questions and produce analytical products supporting objectives
- Develop and enhance enterprise-grade Tableau dashboards ensuring performance, usability, and interpretability
- Contribute to data design decisions around freshness, transformation layers, and analytical layer; identify and resolve data quality issues
- Support team management and strategic planning in collaboration with the local VP

This position is located in Krakow, Poland. Salary will be determined based on a variety of factors including skills, job description, working hours, and other objective criteria relevant to State Street employees. Employees may also be eligible for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
