Deputy Project Manager – IAM / Access Management (Banking)

The position is in the banking industry, focused on the RACF Access Control, Onboarding & Clean-up track within regulated environments.

• Proven experience managing projects in banking or financial services.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong skills in project delivery and obstacle resolution.
• Experience with process improvement and automation.
• Understanding of project governance and risk management.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Familiarity with RACF or mainframe security environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Analytical problem-solving mindset.
• Results-oriented with attention to detail.

• Prepare status reports and presentations for management.
• Manage project governance processes.
• Identify and recommend automation opportunities.
