Delivery Manager (Business & Digital)

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in business development. They provide IT services including technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Delivery/Agile/transformations in complex environments.
• Experience in banking, finance, or FinTech sectors.
• Experience in delivery of banking products and digital products.
• Experience in regulated environments.
• Proficiency with various project approaches and scalable frameworks.
• Proven experience in increasing delivery predictability, shortening time-to-market, and eliminating inefficiencies in delivery processes.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating difficult decisions and simplifying complexity.

• Experience in data-driven projects.
• Experience in Hubs & Spokes model.
• Effective operational team and leadership-level decision making.

• Participation in a banking industry project.
• Responsibility for delivery at the intersection of business, digital, and IT.
• Managing value flow and delivery predictability.
• Translating Agile from team level to real business impact.
• Implementing delivery management based on metrics (e.g., flow metrics, capacity, lead time, throughput).
• Integrating technology metrics with business outcomes (revenue, cost, risk).
• Solving systemic problems such as bottlenecks, inter-team dependencies, and overload.
• Collaborating with IT leaders, business, and management on prioritization and execution.
• Service delivery mode: hybrid, with 3 days/month onsite in Warsaw office.
