Senior Software Engineer AI (K/M)

Company: ASTEK Polska, located in Wrocław. The role involves working with AI solutions and large language models (LLM), integrating AI services with existing business applications, APIs, and databases.

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience with practical knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, C#, or Java
• Experience designing and implementing services, APIs, integrations, databases, and automated tests
• Active participation in creating at least one real-world AI solution with clear contribution
• Experience integrating pre-built AI models or services with business applications
• Practical use of AI during software development and ability to verify quality of generated code
• Understanding of IT security principles, data protection, and requirements for production deployment
• Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas where AI provides real value
• Very good command of English

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure, CI/CD, Kubernetes/OpenShift, MLOps
• Experience working in regulated organizations, e.g., financial sector

• Creating solutions and applications utilizing AI and LLM models
• Translating business needs into concrete technical and functional solutions
• Integrating AI services with existing architecture, internal systems, APIs, and databases
• Identifying areas where AI can improve work or automate repetitive processes
• Ensuring software quality through test automation and deployment process automation
• Collaborating with DevOps, Security, and Compliance experts to prepare secure production deployments
• Monitoring and optimizing AI solution effectiveness, performance, and cost
