System Analyst

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in business development. • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a System Analyst, System-Business Analyst, or IT Analyst
• Experience in collecting, analyzing, and documenting requirements
• Ability to translate business needs into system and functional requirements
• Experience analyzing existing systems and processes and evaluating the impact of planned changes
• Ability to create analytical and system documentation
• Experience collaborating with business, IT, architects, developers, and testers
• Analytical thinking, independence, and ability to organize complex information
• Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and analytical tools: JIRA, Confluence, UML, BPMN, SQL
• Ability to read and understand .NET code and technical documentation to collaborate effectively with IT teams
• Ability to use AI support in requirements analysis, documentation, and system evaluation

Nice to have:

• Experience in projects related to refactoring, modernization, or migration of existing applications
• Experience analyzing solutions based on .NET, Angular, SQL, and Azure

• Analyze existing processes, functionalities, and system operations in banking projects
• Gather, analyze, and document functional and system requirements
• Assess the impact of planned changes on existing processes and systems
• Collaborate with business, IT, architects, developers, and testers to define and implement changes
• Translate business needs into system requirements and solutions
• Analyze dependencies between functionalities, processes, and system elements
• Participate in designing target solutions and defining change scopes
• Prepare analytical and system documentation
• Utilize AI tools for support in analysis and documentation
