Business Analyst (strong SQL required)

• Strong SQL skills, allowing you to write and optimise complex queries
• Experience in data modelling
• Experience gathering requirements directly from business stakeholders, understanding current situations and desired outcomes, then proposing appropriate solutions
• Strong motivation to further develop towards a Data Engineer role
• Fluent Polish and good command of English
• Willingness to work from the Warsaw office 3 days a week

• Python
• Experience building reusable AI solutions, such as prompts, workflows, skills, or automations

• Build and implement optimised data models that support business requirements and ensure data integrity
• Integrate data from various databases, APIs, streaming platforms, and files
• Troubleshoot data issues, resolve data quality problems, and actively reduce technical debt
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate their needs into actionable data solutions
