Senior Project / Delivery Manager

• 6+ years of experience in Project or Delivery Management within IT, Consulting, or Software development focusing on Intelligent Automation or Digital Transformation
• Understanding of workflow automation concepts and lifecycle, with high Intelligent Automation literacy
• Familiarity with IA stacks such as RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and BPM/Workflow technologies (Camunda, Pega, ServiceNow, Appian)
• Expertise in managing P&L, project budgeting, financial risk management, and pricing models (Fixed Price, T&M, Managed Services)
• Results-oriented mindset with experience delivering complex portfolios for international clients
• Background in supporting pre-sales cycles, RFP/RFI responses, and delivering business consulting services
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English

• Deliver mid-to-high-size portfolios of Intelligent Automation projects ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery
• Manage diverse commercial and delivery models including Fixed Scope, Time & Materials, and Managed Services
• Take full ownership of project financials, including budget tracking, margin optimization, revenue forecasting, and P&L accountability
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders leveraging knowledge of the IA tech stack
• Participate in pre-sales activities, scoping, estimations, RFP responses, and client pitches
• Provide business consultancy to clients to identify automation opportunities and maximize ROI
• Contribute to practice growth, capability building, and knowledge sharing within the Intelligent Automation resource structure
• Mentor junior and mid-level project managers and collaborate with architects, developers, and business analysts
• Maintain exceptional communication standards with C-level stakeholders, business sponsors, and delivery teams to drive alignment and manage expectations proactively
