Wymagania
- 6+ years in Project or Delivery Management in IT/Consulting/Software development with focus on Intelligent Automation or Digital Transformation
- Understanding of workflow automation concepts and lifecycle
- Familiarity with IA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and BPM/Workflow technologies like Camunda, Pega, ServiceNow, Appian
- Expertise in P&L, project budgeting, financial risk management, and pricing models
- Experience delivering complex mid-to-large-scale portfolios for international end clients
- Background in pre-sales cycles, RFP/RFI responses, and business consulting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English
Obowiązki
- Deliver mid-to-high-size portfolios of Intelligent Automation projects ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery
- Manage Fixed Scope, Time & Materials, and Managed Services agreements
- Own project financials, budget tracking, margin optimization, revenue forecasting, and P&L accountability
- Bridge technical teams and business stakeholders using knowledge of the IA tech stack
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including scoping, estimations, RFP responses, and client pitches
- Provide business consultancy to identify automation opportunities and maximize ROI
- Contribute to practice growth, capability building, and knowledge sharing
- Mentor junior and mid-level project managers
- Maintain communication with C-level stakeholders, business sponsors, and delivery teams, managing alignment and expectations
