Wymagania
- Experience in leading or coordinating projects in the banking, financial, or other highly regulated environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and teams across different organizational areas.
- Skill in prioritizing, removing obstacles, and consistently delivering projects in complex environments.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements and team work automation solutions.
- Knowledge of project management principles, reporting, governance, and risk management.
- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and access management processes.
- Familiarity with regulatory environments, including audit, risk, and compliance requirements in financial institutions.
- Analytical, well-organized individual with ability to build engagement without formal authority.
- Responsible for results and ensures high quality of efforts.
Nice to have:
- Experience with RACF and mainframe security.
- Experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or access management projects.
- Familiarity with operational process automation initiatives.
- Practical knowledge of audit, compliance, and risk management requirements in financial institutions.
- Project management certifications such as Prince2, PMP, Agile, Scrum.
- Experience working in large international organizations and transformation projects.
Obowiązki
- Support the Project Lead and serve as deputy in planning, coordination, and execution of project activities related to RACF Access Control, Onboarding & Clean-up.
- Manage daily project activities and coordinate work of delivery teams comprising around 14 specialists.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of key milestones.
- Organize and lead daily project meetings, workshops, and working sessions with stakeholders.
- Manage registries of decisions, actions, risks, and project dependencies.
- Prepare status reports, presentations for management, and update project progress indicators.
- Support governance processes and project reporting.
- Collaborate closely with IAM experts, RACF Integration Team, and business representatives.
- Identify automation opportunities and implement solutions to increase project execution efficiency.
- Build stakeholder engagement and enforce agreed actions and commitments.
